Jr. Software Engineer
About The Position
Full Visibility is seeking a Jr. Software Engineer to work in Huntsville, AL. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, and management of application development projects in support of IT infrastructure. This includes the programmatic integration of third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendations, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks. The engineer will develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. The position requires participation in all aspects of the software development life cycle for all solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance. Duties include technical project milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and development best practices knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance.
- May be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on assignment after start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of employment.
- Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility.
- This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Bachelor Degree in related field or in-lieu-of degree 4 additional years of experience.
- At least two (2) years of Software Engineer experience.
