As the Junior Sales Coordinator, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring the seamless flow of orders from entry to delivery. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Sourcing, and Purchasing, while maintaining the organization of our showroom and sales tools to facilitate world-class client presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (4-year college degree required).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
Working knowledge of Retail Math principles.

Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry and order tracking.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with accounts and internal departments.
Proactive multitasker capable of managing various projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute accurate order entry and follow-through, including the validation of EDI orders and receipt of customer distributions.
Track all purchase orders and ITs by maintaining a detailed log, providing Sales with real-time updates on delivery dates and revisions.
Interface with Sales Coordinators, Sourcing, and Purchasing to ensure timely allocation and shipment of all orders.
Maintain open order reports and manage backorders, modifying dates as necessary with Sales and customer approval.
Generate essential inventory availability reports and assist with monthly and yearly forecasting data.
Support the sales process by assisting in client appointments and creating sales tools using JPEGs and CADs.
Manage showroom samples and oversee multiple administrative projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
