About The Position

Gibbon Packing, LLC an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Jr Recruiter at our Gibbon, NE plant. This role involves assisting candidates with applications, supporting the onboarding process, and ensuring accurate data entry. The position requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
Must be able to work necessary hours contingent on business needs.
Some travel may be required.

Strong computer skills

Ability to perform job duties with minimal direction

Responsibilities

Assist candidates with the completion of applications; ensuring they are completed per hiring policy guidelines
Assist the Recruiter in facilitating the post-offer process of onboarding, pre-employment physicals and drug screens
Assist the Recruiter with completion of hiring policy forms (pre-screen, applications, etc.)
Accurately enter records into our data collection systems
Assist employees and candidates in filling out paperwork.
Translating as needed.
Generate correspondence as needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, this job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion, and secure information management.
