About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Craft Recruiter to join our team. As a Construction Craft Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting talented construction craft professionals for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract candidates with expertise in various construction trades, ensuring a skilled and capable workforce to support our projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in craft recruitment within the construction industry.
Demonstrated understanding of various construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and project teams.
Proven ability to network and establish connections within the construction industry to identify potential candidates.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
A proactive approach to resolving recruitment challenges and identifying innovative solutions to attract top talent.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and other recruitment tools.
Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment targets and meet staffing needs efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top construction craft talent, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Create compelling and informative job postings that accurately represent the job requirements and the benefits of working with our company.
Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to gauge candidates' technical capabilities and cultural fit within our organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles and facilitate the selection process.
Support the onboarding process for newly hired construction craft professionals, ensuring a seamless integration into their roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified candidates, keeping detailed records of potential candidates for future opportunities.
