In this entry-level role, you will work closely with our recruiting team to help identify, engage, and connect top talent with open positions for our diverse client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategy.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other) are a strong plus!
• A genuine interest in learning recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems, job boards, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and learning new software quickly.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full-time in the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in searching job boards, resume databases, and professional networks to find qualified candidates for client job openings.
• Review resumes and applications against job requirements to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Reach out to prospective candidates to gauge their interest and schedule initial phone interviews.
• Keep candidate records, resume files, and applicant tracking systems up to date.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team as needed.
