About The Position

In this role, you will act as a Project Manager with a strong IT and tools orientation. You will ensure the successful coordination of stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, and change management activities throughout the transformation.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or an equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, IT project coordination, or tools-driven transformations.
  • You have experience working on IT tools, digital transformations, or system migrations
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable interfacing with technical and business stakeholders.
  • You have strong proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • You are a collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working across Quality, IT, and business teams.

Nice To Haves

  • You ideally have experience in aerospace and/or large-scale industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly integrated team meetings for your assigned work package, with a strong focus on IT tools and quality processes.
  • Develop, harmonize, maintain, and update program schedules across all phases of the Planisware-to-SAP migration.
  • Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure alignment with the overall program roadmap and other work packages.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality, IT, and business teams to ensure a smooth transition of tools and processes.
  • Identify, track, and report issues and risks, defining and monitoring mitigation plans.
  • Ensure the effective delivery, review, and approval of all IT and business deliverables for each program phase.
  • Ensure compliance with all governing documents, IT standards, and project management processes.
  • Participate in problem-solving and recovery plans when required to protect key milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Lead change management activities, from change initiation through engineering and IT implementation completion.
  • Ensure timely presentation of changes to the Technical Review Board for approval at key stages.
  • Prepare consolidated information on the cost and impact of changes, including IT and tool-related considerations.
  • Actively monitor and report progress across all stages of the change and migration lifecycle.
