About The Position

Evaluating, assessing, and making recommendations to senior staff on process improvements, resource allocation, and budget. This position is contingent upon funding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and one year of job-related experience; OR Associate's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and four years of job-related experience; OR High School Diploma / General Education Development (GED) Diploma and six years of job-related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing a specific project or groups of projects serving as the liaison between project management, project planning, and line management.
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing, and tooling resources.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports.
• Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of DoD processes and procedures.
• U.S. citizenship.
• U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with C5ISR integration into air platforms and ground mobile systems.
• Experience conducting and/or managing kitting operations.
