About The Position
Our client is seeking a Jr Project Manager / Scrum Master to support enterprise data initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on Agile project coordination experience who are looking to deepen their experience within enterprise-scale data organizations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Experience supporting enterprise data environments
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and execution coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be local to the McLean, VA area
Responsibilities
- Support Agile delivery execution across enterprise data initiatives
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination activities
- Partner across technical and business teams to support delivery outcomes
- Coordinate priorities across data, analytics, reporting, and platform teams
- Support execution within fast-paced, high-volume delivery environments
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
