About The Position

This role involves guiding and coaching assigned teams in the use of the Scrum framework, including the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices. The Scrum Master/Project Manager is responsible for removing impediments for the team to optimize their productivity, coordinating and facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Demos), and working closely with Product Owners to groom the Product and Release Backlogs. Additionally, this role tracks team commitments in Story Points and Stories selected, Points and Stories delivered, and calculates team Velocity and Sprint/Release Burndowns. The individual will also determine the best approach to implement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum, Scrum-ban, or Kanban.

Requirements

• A minimum 10+ years professional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Project Management experience including project Initiation, Planning, Tracking, Delivery and Closure
• Experience in Agile Development, with Scrum Master (or similar) experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing large cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones
• Experience with projects relating to Salesforce Application

Nice To Haves

• Project management certification preferred
• Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience with third-party vendors a plus
• Experience with HP PPM, Jira, or other project management tools
• Previous financial corporation experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Figures out the best approach to implement projects (Scrum, Scrum-ban Kanban, etc.)
