This role is a senior, paid growth marketing role responsible for owning the full funnel performance strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning eCommerce (D2C) and lead generation (B2B). You will be the strategic owner of paid media across accounts, with strong working fluency in paid search, paid social, and email so you can drive cohesive, cross-channel growth. You’ll move fluidly between revenue, ROAS, CPL, lead quality, and offline conversions. You’ll report to the Head of Paid Media and likely manage 1~2 junior paid media specialists. You will also partner closely with marketing operations and growth analytics.
