About The Position

Sparibis LLC is hiring a Jr .Net Developer to develop and maintain web applications supporting U.S. Navy missions. This 100% remote role involves work across frontend and backend components using C# and .NET 8.0, with user interfaces built using Blazor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js. The developer will integrate applications with REST APIs, AWS services, and Oracle databases; troubleshoot defects and production issues; and help maintain application performance, reliability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. The role includes developing and running unit and integration tests, participating in code reviews, following coding, version-control, and secure-development practices, and documenting technical changes and solutions. The developer collaborates with developers, database administrators, system engineers, site reliability engineering and infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders, including on issues in Kubernetes-based environments as needed. Applicants must have at least two years of professional development experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and an active Secret security clearance or higher. U.S. citizenship is required as part of eligibility to obtain this type of security clearance. Requirements

At least 2 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on development using C# and .NET.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Active Secret security clearance or higher-level security clearance.
U.S. citizenship, required as part of eligibility to obtain this type of security clearance.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using C# and .NET 8.0.
Experience developing and maintaining web applications using Blazor and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap and React.js.
Experience integrating and troubleshooting REST APIs and application interfaces.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, including investigating application defects and resolving production issues.
Ability to collaborate with developers, database administrators, system engineers, and other technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting technical changes and communicating issues and solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, test, and maintain web applications using C# and .NET 8.0.
Develop and maintain user interfaces using Blazor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js, focusing on functionality, usability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Implement and maintain frontend and backend functionality, ensuring reliable integration among user interfaces, application services, and databases.
Integrate and maintain REST APIs and other application interfaces; troubleshoot integration issues and assess changes to external APIs and dependent services.
Integrate front-end applications with AWS services.
Ensure application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Develop and maintain Oracle queries and database interactions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliable application functionality.
Collaborate with database administrators on complex queries and database-related issues as needed.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application defects and production issues, including issues involving frontend functionality, application behavior, and system integrations.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow coding standards and version-control practices.
Identify and resolve application performance issues, improve responsiveness, and support production application stability and reliability.
Follow secure coding practices and applicable program security requirements when maintaining applications that support U.S. Navy missions.
Document application changes and technical solutions; collaborate with technical team members and support investigation and resolution of cross-system issues.
Collaborate with site reliability engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot application issues in Kubernetes-based environments, as needed.
