Gradient is looking for a Jr. Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support and own key parts of the agency’s social media presence, event capture operations, and creative production across digital channels. This role is responsible for how Gradient looks and shows up externally across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints. You will help ensure every event we produce is captured, edited, organized, and published in a way that reflects the quality, creativity, and polish of the work. This is a highly visual, highly production-oriented role. You will work within established systems and creative direction from marketing leadership, while having real ownership over execution, scheduling, content coordination, and follow-through. The ideal candidate has a strong eye, moves quickly, is highly organized, and understands the connection between social presence, brand storytelling, and business development for a premium experiential agency.
