Requirements

All-star communicator, fluent in written and verbal English.
Enthusiastic about learning everything about Manufacturing Partners’ equipment lines and repair parts.
Passionate about troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to difficult problems.
Confident using a computer and navigating programs such as MS Word & Outlook.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team atmosphere.
Available to work an 8 hr. shift M-F between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST).

Responsibilities

Communicate directly with end users and field technicians to create cases.
Supply warranty information, specifically for cold-side units.
Reference service companies on warranty and non-warranty foodservice equipment.
Troubleshoot common equipment issues.
Properly document cases.
Provide top-notch customer service.
Utilize equipment manuals and parts listings to help resolve equipment issues.
Maintain all customer call information into a company database to better assist future inquiries.
