Jr. Test Technician
About The Position
This role is primarily responsible for following approved board level and system level test procedures in a test lab environment. The Jr. Test Technician will verify the operational status of a wide range of manufactured and purchased products under the supervision of experienced technicians and senior staff. This position involves identifying and reporting concerns with test documentation, collaborating to resolve technical problems, and performing visual inspections to identify manufacturing defects. The role also includes developing technical proficiency, maintaining test documentation, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years in manufacturing and/or production of printed circuit boards with verifiable history.
- Computer proficiency: Novice (limited experience).
- Must be able to move PCBs and other items weighing up to 20lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Past IPC certification is a plus.
- Relevant education is a plus.
