About The Position

A Datacenter Semiconductor Infrastructure Technician (often referred to as a Data Center Facility Technician or IT Infrastructure Technician) is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical hardware, power, and cooling systems that support high-performance computing, AI, and cloud services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in data centers
  • Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
  • Dell/HP servers, EMC Storage devices, Oracle Exadata, Smart PDUs
  • Familiarity with operating systems
  • Capability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights as required
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts based on project demands
  • Associate Degree, or higher, equivalent experience and certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
  • Linux, Windows, Storage, Network certification preferred
  • Bilingual(Korean) Skill preferred But not required

Responsibilities

  • 24 hours/ 7 days Monitoring and operation based on given SOP (standard Operation Procedures)
  • Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).
  • Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineer teams to ensure integration of infrastructure in Datacenter
  • Datacenter facility monitoring and visual checkups
  • Knowledge on power, cabling, low voltage, generator, cooling related facility
