A Datacenter Semiconductor Infrastructure Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical hardware, power, and cooling systems that support high-performance computing, AI, and cloud services. This role involves 24/7 monitoring and operation based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including rack, stack, installation, configuration, decommissioning, and replacement of servers and storage systems. The technician will perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements, ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards, and diagnose/resolve hardware, OS, application, and network connectivity issues. Maintaining accurate asset inventory and system documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams for infrastructure integration are also key responsibilities. The role includes datacenter facility monitoring, visual checkups, and knowledge of power, cabling, low voltage, generator, and cooling systems.
