About The Position

MB2 Dental, a Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007, is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to join their team. This role is a key part of the marketing team, responsible for helping to create and implement creative ideas for both print and digital media. The Jr. Designer will work under the Marketing Manager to produce a large number of daily tasks, such as social media graphics and email headers, as well as print brochures and promotional flyers, while developing their design skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting. This position is in the marketing department and works closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. The Jr. Designer is expected to handle multiple projects at once, communicate proactively about deadlines, and consistently produce polished, on-brand work. This role reports to the Senior Director of Practice Marketing.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for rapid social content production is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce design solutions for a wide range of formats, including print materials (brochures, direct mail, flyers, billboards) and digital materials (social media posts, email headers, website imagery, and digital ads).
  • Design and produce a high volume of social media graphics and email headers optimized for each platform's specifications.
  • Leverage AI image generation tools to concept, create, and enhance visual assets.
  • Apply brand guidelines accurately across all touchpoints, ensuring visual cohesion across print and digital materials.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to track project status, meet deadlines, and flag capacity issues early.
  • Maintain organized file structures and prepare production-ready files for both digital distribution and print vendors.
  • Continuously develop design skills and stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and external print vendors.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback graciously, and contribute ideas that improve the team's creative output.
