About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative JR Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual communication. As a JR Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create engaging and effective visual materials for our online courses and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience creating graphics for digital and print materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics for online courses, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts that align with our brand and messaging.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts for use in various digital and print materials.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual materials.
