Requirements

  • Must be able to perform preventive maintenance, installation, uninstallation, repair, technical bulletins, or improvement of Advanced Sterilization Products brand equipment within designated areas and limits.
  • Must be able to maintain all equipment and systems to achieve defined product performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to identify root cause(s) using comprehensive diagnostic processes and take appropriate corrective actions that adhere to the defined service process.
  • Must maintain all records associated with their role in accordance with regulatory requirements, including following service call procedures.
  • Must diligently and accurately manage all assigned company assets (Tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer, and accessories).
  • Must communicate issues related to business activities or opportunities to management.
  • Must support sales partner efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Must be able to work closely with technical service back office, clinical education, and sales areas.
  • Must be able to interact with healthcare professionals, maintenance personnel, and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining, diligently and accurately managing all assigned company assets which may include, but are not limited to: Tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer, and accessories.
  • Responsible for communicating issues related to business activities or opportunities to the next level of management.
  • Supports sales partner efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • This position will work closely with technical service back office, clinical education, and sales areas.
  • This position may interact with healthcare professionals, maintenance personnel, and medical equipment.
