About The Position

Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or other equivalent field
  • Strong background in DSP, including knowledge of DSP theory as well as practical system development experience
  • Proficient in C++ and/or Python in LINUX environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years' experience in a signal processing engineering-related discipline
  • Cellular communications, satellite communications, modern modulation schemes, cyclostationary techniques
  • Geolocation, radar signal processing, RF propagation and link budgets, RF system design
  • DevOps and Cloud computing Experience (Gitlab, CI/CD, CVE mitigations, Docker, Kubernetes, PІР)
  • Current TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing digital signal processing systems for communication signals, radar signals, and other applications.
  • Developing, deploying, maintaining, and testing software-based solutions.
  • System development can include algorithm design, data analysis, hardware control, computational optimization, RF system modeling, field testing, error budget analysis, operational performance analysis, writing efficient software, testing with real data, and providing applications to front-line customer facilities.
  • Staying up-to-date with the signal processing technologies, tools, and methodologies and experimenting with new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into RRC projects.
  • Working across all functional areas: systems engineering, development, integration and test, deployment and O&M.
  • Experiencing direct mission feedback from the customer and seeing your project provide real-world contributions that make a significant difference.
  • Proposing improvements to applications and frameworks.
  • Working unsupervised with minimal direction.
  • Self-starting.
