We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team as a key advocate and support resource for our growing customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology and genuinely enjoys helping people solve real problems. You will help customers get up and running with ActiveState, work through technical challenges alongside them, and build the kind of trusted relationships that turn new users into long-term partners. You'll collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure every customer has a great experience from day one.
