About The Position

Assist in the review of loan documentation, credit file information and loan analysis with regards to credit quality.

Requirements

• College degree, major in finance preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access
• Ability to work with bank officers
• Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance laws.
• Completes all compliance training as scheduled.
• Follows bank policies and procedures consistent with regulatory compliance in all situations and activities performed.
• Properly document any exception to the Bank policy and procedures, including any exception to regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all available and necessary financial data from the credit file or outside sources.
• Spread and analyze financial statement; study and evaluate the information and prepare written reports for the lender, credit files and loan review officer.
• Inform loan officers when up-to-date financial statements or other documentation are needed.
• Assist with ongoing computerization of the credit and loan loan review functions.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports to the Board of Directors.
• Design, formulate and generate specialized management reports at direction of superior.
• Uses reasonable diligence and skill in performing duties and work assigned.
• Notifies his or her supervisor of all significant or material matters that come to his or her attention concerning the quality of work assigned, business opportunities for CBTx, or unusual risks.
• Makes no request or demand upon any other employee or customer of CBTx for any thing or act that would be unlawful, unethical, unprofessional, immoral, or in violation of any policy or procedures of CBTx.
• Is loyal in all fiducial relationships concerning CBTx and acts appropriately to account for and protect all property and money received, entrusted by, or paid out on behalf of CBTx.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
