About The Position

This is a 1st Shift Jr Assembler Youth Apprenticeship position specifically for High School Students in their Jr or Sr Year. The role requires an interest in hands-on learning and manufacturing, good communication and computer skills, and a willingness to learn and grow. Reliability, good attendance, and the ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team environment are essential.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policies and rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and thoroughly carry out instructions given in any form.
Ability to deal effectively with routine problems and situations.
