About The Position

This is a 1st Shift Jr Assembler Youth Apprenticeship position specifically for High School Students in their Jr or Sr Year. The role requires an interest in hands-on learning and manufacturing, good communication and computer skills, and a willingness to learn and grow. Reliability, good attendance, and the ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team environment are essential.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policies and rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding and thoroughly carry out instructions given in any form.
  • Ability to deal effectively with routine problems and situations.
  • At their workstation as scheduled and ready to start
  • Basic math ability (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)

  • Loading and unloading parts
