Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) designing and configuring Kinaxis solutions within supply chain planning environments.
Strong supply chain background with deep technical understanding of planning business solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Ability to lead projects independently and work closely with business users to translate needs into system functionality.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SAP and S4 system integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Passion for systems thinking and pattern recognition to enhance supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Design and configure Kinaxis solutions tailored to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with end-user requirements and specifications.
Lead enhancements, testing, upgrades, and support initiatives, working closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless supply chain planning solutions.
Manage day-to-day tasks received from internal customers, maintain system integrity, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system performance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, integrations, and data quality while maintaining comprehensive system and process documentation.
