About The Position

This role is key in solving real-world challenges by applying skills to deliver results in engineering, planning, and customer support, contributing to a more sustainable future. The Jr. Architect - Supply Chain Systems will play a key role in designing and configuring Kinaxis solutions, leading enhancements, testing, upgrades, and support initiatives, managing daily operations, and identifying process improvements within supply chain planning environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing and configuring Kinaxis solutions within supply chain planning environments.
- Strong supply chain background with deep technical understanding of planning business solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to lead projects independently and work closely with business users to translate needs into system functionality.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SAP and S4 system integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Passion for systems thinking and pattern recognition to enhance supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Kinaxis solutions tailored to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with end-user requirements and specifications.
- Lead enhancements, testing, upgrades, and support initiatives, working closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless supply chain planning solutions.
- Manage day-to-day tasks received from internal customers, maintain system integrity, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, integrations, and data quality while maintaining comprehensive system and process documentation.
