About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. The role helps make bakery visits welcoming and memorable by setting a joyful atmosphere, assisting guests with cake orders for celebrations, and ensuring orders are completed smoothly. Joy Creators help create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. This is an entry-level team member position intended for someone who is in school and available to work from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., as well as on weekends.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help create a joyful, inviting bakery atmosphere.
- Help guests choose and order cakes for their celebrations.
- Ensure guest orders are completed smoothly.
