Perform high -quality, code -compliant plumbing installations for both residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and additions. Ensure all work meets local, state, and industry standards. Install, assemble, and maintain a variety of piping systems, including PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas lines. Cut, thread, and connect pipes using appropriate tools and techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to accurately plan and execute plumbing layouts. Translate drawings into efficient, real -world installations. Plan and mark pipe routes, fixture locations, and wall/floor penetrations prior to installation. Coordinate layouts to avoid conflicts with other trades and structural elements. Work independently to manage assigned jobs from start to finish, including rough -in, top -out, and final phases. Maintain productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Monitor and maintain adequate material levels on service vehicles and job sites. Proactively restock supplies to minimize downtime, delays, or unnecessary trips. Apply hands -on construction plumbing experience to troubleshoot issues, adapt to field conditions, and complete installations efficiently. Septic system installation experience is a plus. Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, inspectors, and team members to keep projects on schedule and address any challenges that arise. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles. Meet all licensing and experience requirements, including a valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license and a minimum of 5 years of relevant plumbing experience.
