About The Position
This role is for a Journeyman Plumber at ISO Hotel, responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building schematics
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in using pressure gauges for system testing
- Skills in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing leaks, clogs, and malfunctions
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal building codes and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect and test pipe systems for leaks using pressure gauges.
- Interpret blueprints and building schematics to plan pipe layouts.
