About The Position

Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company, founded in 1996, is a commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. They are seeking to add a member to their team who possesses a current Colorado Journeyworker license with 4+ years of experience in commercial plumbing. The typical work hours are Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm in the Denver Metro area. Daily work will involve the installation and/or replacement of new drain and water lines, water heaters, Tenant Improvements (TI), commercial bathroom renovations, underground rough-ins, small ground-up construction, and core drilling.

Requirements

• Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• Strong experience with commercial plumbing systems
• Proven ability to lead crews and run jobsites
• Ability to read and execute work from blueprints and specs
• Professional communication and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a background check
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and supply basic hand tools
• Ability to relocate to Denver, CO 80223 before starting work

Nice To Haves

• Rough-in and underground experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and represent Foster Plumbing professionally on jobsites
• Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and proper PPE usage
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and building engineers
• Review and execute work per approved drawings, submittals, and specifications
• Order and manage materials efficiently; control jobsite costs
• Proper Documentation for job notes, RFIs, change orders, and daily photos
• Track labor and material performance and communicate needs proactively
• Maintain quality workmanship, schedule awareness, and crew productivity
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
