About The Position

Covenant LLC is hiring a licensed High-End Residential Journeyman Plumber to support custom home builds and renovation projects across Essex County and the Greater Boston area. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a plumber who takes pride in clean installations, thoughtful problem-solving, and professional work inside clients' homes. You will work alongside a respectful team of carpenters, electricians, supervisors, and trade professionals who care about doing the job right.

Requirements

Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license
3+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong understanding of the Massachusetts plumbing code, inspections, and quality installation practices
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and plumbing layouts
Clean, courteous work habits in occupied homes and active construction sites
Respectful, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and operate in tight spaces when required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with custom homes, renovations, or high-end residential work is a plus

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in custom homes and remodels
Read and follow blueprints, plumbing plans, and project specifications
Complete rough-in, finish plumbing, fixture installation, and related residential plumbing tasks
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, project supervisors, subcontractors, and inspectors
Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and municipal inspectors
Follow Massachusetts plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend practical solutions
Mentor apprentices and support less-experienced team members when needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of each client's home
