Mounting Pro is hiring a Journeyman Painter to work on high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Summit County. This role involves applying flawless finishes and taking pride in exquisite work within a reputable company. The position demands speed, skill, and an eye for detail, working with experienced teams to produce clean, lasting results in beautiful but demanding mountain conditions. The company specializes in top-tier finishes in Colorado's mountain environments, working on luxury homes, lodges, and commercial sites.

Requirements

• 3 years of painting experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Familiarity with airless and conventional spray systems
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at elevation
• Reliable transportation to Breckenridge/Summit County
• Fluent in either English or Spanish

Nice To Haves

• Experience with fine finishes like trim, doors, or cabinetry
• Steady, positive, and dependable under pressure

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and learn to use professional spray equipment (Graco, Titan, etc.)
• Follow blueprints, job specs, and verbal instructions
• Handle prep work: masking, sanding, priming, and clean-up
• Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems
• Work confidently at heights: ladders, lifts, scaffolding
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates
• Stay safe and alert on active job sites
