About The Position
This role involves assisting with various electrical installation and maintenance tasks, primarily in the context of solar construction projects. The position requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and may involve exposure to construction-related hazards. The ability to perform physically demanding tasks and follow instructions is essential.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ pound materials, maneuvering them into their proper places
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
