About The Position

This position involves assisting with various electrical installation and termination tasks, primarily in a solar construction environment. The role requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting and maneuvering materials, performing repetitive actions, and working for extended periods. Strong teamwork and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Requirements

Able to lift 50+ pound materials and maneuver them into their proper places
Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
May be exposed to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards
Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Able to follow precise instructions and receive feedback
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors

Nice To Haves

Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
GED or equivalent education preferred

Assist with DC Trench and DC Feeder Install
Assist with MV Trench, MV Cable Install, CAB Transition Conduit, and MV Conduit Install
Assist with Fiber Install
Assist with Inverter DC Termination
Assist with Transformer/Sectionalizer MV Termination
Assist with DC Splice, MV Splice, and MV Riser Termination
Assist with SCADA Equipment Install
Assist with CAB Install
Assist with Combiner Box Install and Combiner Box Termination
Assist with DC Wire Install
Assist with Module Installation
Assist with Wire Management and Labeling
Assist with Fiber Termination
Perform LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
Perform IR Scanning
Assist with Survey/As-Built documentation
