About The Position

Haas Electric, a division of Haas Home Technologies, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician - Foreman. This role is for a trustworthy, hands-on individual who is eager to learn and grow, and prefers working in the field. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, curious, and possesses leadership skills while still enjoying hands-on work. Experience on construction sites leading teams, the ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, and use power and hand tools are essential. A steady work history (3 years between jobs), a pleasant disposition, and high emotional intelligence (EQ) are also required.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites leading teams
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• Pleasant disposition, High EQ
• EV charger installs, sub-panels, residential rewiring, & troubleshooting (REQUIRED)
• Journeyman w/ 5+ years of electrician experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Experience with high-end residential electrical work
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Install/Maintain/Repair electrical systems (new/retro)
• Read and Interpret blueprints
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Communication with clients and team members
• Project Estimates
• Maintain clean, organized job site
• Mentor apprentices as needed
