About The Position

In this role you will interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters. You will prepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support products. You will provide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling. You will support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation, and support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support products. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field
  • Palantir AI Certification (required)
  • Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
  • CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
  • OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
  • Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
  • Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
  • May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
  • May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
  • Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
  • Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Position is Contingent on Contract Award

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred
  • Background in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferred
  • Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred
