Requirements
- 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman level preferred).
- Strong diagnostic capabilities, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team-first attitude, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are a strong plus.
- CDK dealership software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
- Perform high-quality repair work efficiently and within dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure fix-it-right-first-time quality.
- Work directly with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations and time estimates.
- Execute precise warranty work strictly to manufacturer specifications.
