Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience preferred, but training is available for the right individuals.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions.
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders are expected activities.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC, under the direction of the crew's Foreman.
