Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service repair experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing a variety of residential HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job duties safely

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through clear communication and professionalism
• Educate homeowners on repair options, system improvements, energy efficiency, and maintenance solutions
• Perform repairs and system improvements with quality craftsmanship
• Maintain accurate service documentation and collect payments when required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of the client's home
