Requirements

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman level preferred).
• Strong diagnostic capabilities, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-first attitude, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications are a strong plus.
• CDK dealership software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Perform high-quality repair work efficiently and within dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure fix-it-right-first-time quality.
• Work directly with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations and time estimates.
• Execute precise warranty work strictly to manufacturer specifications.
