About The Position

Larson Cadillac is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician who can consistently produce in a high-volume, flat-rate service department. This role is built for technicians who are already flagging hours and want a shop with steady workflow, efficient dispatch, and strong support.

Requirements

Journeyman-level technician experience required
Proven ability to flag hours consistently
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Reliable, production-focused work style
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
1 year minimum shop experience
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in flat-rate or high-volume shop preferred

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repair work across mechanical and electrical systems
Handle drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and A/C repairs
Maintain consistent flagged hours in a production environment
Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately
Work efficiently while maintaining repair quality
