About The Position

Larson Cadillac is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a high-volume service department with consistent workflow and strong earning potential. This role is ideal for technicians who are currently busy but seeking a shop with more consistent dispatch and higher earning potential. The position involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently, performing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, A/C, and electrical systems, completing both warranty and customer-pay repairs, and maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

Automotive technician experience required
Strong diagnostic and repair ability
Ability to work in a production environment
Team-oriented and dependable
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
Perform mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
Work on engines, transmissions, suspension, A/C, and electrical systems
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs
Maintain productivity and quality
