About The Position

SUMMARY Oversees field projects by executing detailed oversight and coordination of assigned projects and conducting direct interface with multiple teams of jobsite managers & supervisors in order to facilitate and direct the field crews. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Results: project schedules and goals that achieve overall operational efficiency. Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of field project crew leaders to attain project milestones and goals, while meeting or exceeding delivery schedules and budgets. Monitor daily company activities to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel. Be a Liaison between field and office. Coordinate with Engineering for fixes and attend sub-contractor meetings. Champions Customer Service: Ensure that we provide quality service and that processes meet or exceed customer expectations. Quality: Maintaining compliance with PCI Standards in all areas. Business Ethics: Demonstrate business operations and project leadership; exemplifying our code of ethics and promote a respectful environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Leadership, time management and project management skills required.
• Problem solving and Conflict Resolution Skills required
• Ability to interact with all levels of Management
• Basic Computer Knowledge required.
• HS Diploma
• Minimum 5-year experience in field operations in the Construction Industry.
• Minimum 5-year experience in Precast in field operations.
• Must be able to perform general office administrative activities
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
