About The Position

The Job Site Coordinator - Summer Help will help coordinate supplied parts and orders in preparation to be delivered to customer’s job sites. This role involves full on-site material management, including product ordering, movement, and delivery to electricians. The coordinator will also conduct product storage and inventory at the jobsite, deliver product using power equipment, and collaborate with various internal teams. A key aspect of the role is providing customer service and acting as the main contact between Werner and the customer. Additional duties include setting up and relocating fabrication stations, completing prefabrication services, processing wire orders, and maintaining the warehouse and related areas according to 5S principles. Adherence to all contractor job site safety requirements and Werner safety requirements is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
  • Basic computer and math skills required.

  • Related picking/packing or general warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Full on-site material management, including, but not limited to product ordering, product movement, product delivery to electricians (including Werner supplied material and material from other 3rd party distributors).
  • Communicate and work as a partner with the contractor team.
  • Conduct product storage and inventory at the jobsite.
  • Deliver product to specified areas of job site utilizing power equipment including (RDC) lull and fork lift.
  • Collaborate with Werner Customer Service Representatives, Purchasing and Operations teams.
  • Responsible for returning product to the Regional Distribution Center according to company operating procedures.
  • Determine and arrange the most efficient delivery method of products supplied by Werner and vendor partners.
  • Partner with Werner delivery team to coordinate special deliveries.
  • Provide customer service and support as main contact between Werner and customer.
  • Set up and relocate fabrication stations/areas on job site as requested.
  • Complete approved prefabrication services.
  • Process and stage wire orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Clean, maintain and 5S warehouse, office, break trailers, and lifts.
  • Follow all Contractor job site safety requirements and Werner safety requirements.
