Requirements

Ability to read prints and process sheets.
Ability to perform first piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
Ability to properly identify parts and operate all equipment used in the assembly process.
Ability to identify and properly tag rejected parts.
Understanding and ability to follow all ISO procedures.
Ability to assist with the training of new employees.
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team-based environment.
Ability to consistently satisfy or exceed productivity requirements.
Ability to perform inspection process and complete all related production paperwork.
Ability to set up equipment or machines and perform simple adjustments and minor set-up of some dies.
