The job coordinator team assists customers through estimating, scheduling, and planning countertop installations. This position is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and sales staff, while also coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operations. A key part of this role is developing strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless, positive experience from initial inquiry to final installation.
