The Job Coach position offers the opportunity to aid persons with disabilities or barriers to independence in the workforce. This role involves direct support for clients, including training, supervision, and modeling work procedures. Job Coaches help participants develop their goals and implement assigned tasks by teaching basic work habits and attitudes. They adapt training strategies to fit the changing work environment and participant needs. This position may also provide transportation to program participants using a company or personal vehicle. Travel between job sites is required.
