About The Position

As a Job Coach, you will prepare and support adults with disabilities in the workforce. You will work side by side with participants at their job sites, helping them build skills, perform job duties, and gain independence. The role calls for strong leadership, consistency, and a commitment to results. Part-time schedules are available, mostly during daytime hours, with some weekend hours potentially required.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work directly alongside participants at their job sites, providing real-time support and guidance.
Provide hands-on, one-on-one coaching to help participants complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Provide emotional support to help participants navigate challenges and stay engaged throughout the workday.
Use positive redirection to guide participants back to tasks and reinforce expectations when needed.
Build and reinforce strong work habits, accountability, and professional behavior in the workplace.
Communicate clearly and consistently with employers, supervisors, and the Dutton Farm team.
Identify challenges quickly and implement practical, solution-focused strategies.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with Dutton Farm standards.
Uphold safety expectations and promptly address concerns.
Track progress toward employment goals and recognize measurable achievements.
