The Job Coach will provide on-the-job training for individuals in the program according to their vocational goals. This role also involves providing job readiness training and social skills training for individuals who are not yet employed or who are employed but need additional support. The Job Coach will document individual progress, prepare appropriate reports, and develop effective job coaching and employment plans. Additionally, the role includes assisting clients in discovering and overcoming personal barriers, setting goals, assessing strengths, and teaching clients to use them effectively. The Job Coach will also help in the development of motivation and skills, and monitor and evaluate client progress.
