About The Position

Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment. This role involves providing on-the-job training and support, teaching job duties, workplace expectations, and independent living skills. The Job Coach will assist individuals in developing independence and confidence, provide transportation as needed, document services, communicate with supervisors, and advocate for individuals in workplace settings.

Requirements

• Valid TN, KY, or AL driver's license
• Reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training and support
