About The Position

The Job Coach will assess the professional strengths and weaknesses of an individual while on the job. They will plan and implement an individual job coaching strategy with each individual on their caseload, discover what motivates individuals and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace. The Job Coach will assist individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions, plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work, and create and update records and reports on progress.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Effective and succinct written documentation.
• Ability to stay organized when dealing with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Prior experience working with people with disabilities.
• Upbeat, motivational attitude.
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable, safe transportation, and automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is strongly suggested
